The park has been way too much this season at Stevens go get some!
Its true what they say.
We got the Team page rolling now, with blog posts coming straight from the team riders themselves. We’ve got most of the kinks worked out and the page is live, its just missing a couple of riders because they are slacking/too cool/too busy/or really forgetful.
Secondly, the site changed to a new permalink structure. Before, you saw “…com/p?=256”, or something similarly indecipherable. Now the links are human readable. Sorry to those of you that will have to update your rss feed links or your bookmarks, but we feel it was necessary and frankly, we should have had it this way from day one.
Last, but not least, the website is finally the first result when typing “stevens pass snowboard shop” into Google. This might be due to changing the permalink structure but nevertheless it is a milestone.
For now, that’s all the news there is from the IT department. If the weather forecast is right, the next couple days could be nice.
First real shop edit I could get out there. One sweet sunny day in the park with Jeff, C, Penny and more..
Yup, I finally purchased my season pass….. to the Stevens Pass. Kinda of funny considering it’s been raining and it’s the end of January. I’m stoked though and if you been up there you know it’s been really fun. Thanks to Big Tony the Godfather for godfathering me a cheap pass…
I went to this rail jam last week. Correction, there was no prize so it was more of a showcase. Regardless, I had a blast.
Stevens Pass posted a video of the event. Read more about it in their article here.
Im the one in the yellow coat 17 seconds into the video. Im also stoked on the fireworks shot near the end. Scott from Wildcard Movies was also shooting video at the event and tells me that he got a great angle of the fireworks shot. “So I got that going for me… Which is nice.”
